- Special Applications Center (SAC) - The goal of this Center
is to enable the Office of Public and Indian Housing, through the
specialized review and approval of non-funded, non-competitive applications,
to assist Housing Authorities in their efforts to efficiently and
effectively meet the housing needs of their communities.

- Housing Authority Finance Internet Submission System
- The HA Finance Internet Submission System allows current Housing
Authorities to submit Form HUD-52599 statements over the Internet.
Statements will be accepted for the following project types: Low
Rent Housing, Turnkey III Housing, Section 23 Housing. The HA Finance
Internet Submission System will also allow the registration and
designation of Fee Accountants to submit HA statements. Users can
submit Form HUD-52599 (Statement of Operating Receipts and Expenditures)
either by entering data directly on an on-line form or by attaching
a properly formatted comma delimited text file.

Bibliographic Database - The HUD USER Database is the only bibliographic
database exclusively dedicated to housing and community development
issues. It contains more than 8,000 full-abstract citations to research
reports, articles, books, monographs, and data sources in housing
policy, building technology, economic development, urban planning,
and a host of other relevant fields.

Housing Plan
M2MIS
System - The M2M System is an online web-based application developed
by OMHAR to track property assignments through the rent reduction
and debt restructuring processes. Version 4.3 is the current version
as of February 19, 2001. The next upgrade is scheduled for April
27, 2001.
MTCS
- Multifamily Tenant Characteristics System - HAs can use this
application in a secure Internet environment to transmit Form HUD-50058
Data (Has only), retrieve Error Notifications, access Proforma and
Ad Hoc Reports, and access the Resident Characteristics report.
The general public can use this application to obtain aggregate
demographic and income information about families who reside in
Public Housing, Indian Housing,
and Section 8 program housing.
