The goals of the Housing Authority of the Township of North Bergen are to:

	Expand the supply of assisted housing
	Improve the quality of assisted housing
	Provide an improved living environment
	Promote self-sufficiency and asset development of assisted households
	Ensure equal opportunity and affirmatively further fair housing
